Your flight has been canceled and you want to travel on another flight? Please contact our online customer service department to modify your booking.

CANCEL MY TRIP

Your flight has been canceled and you no longer wish to travel? You can request a refund* from the My Bookings section** of our website or app.

Please note: Refunds are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which you purchased your ticket.

POSTPONE MY TRIP

Your flight is still scheduled, but you would rather travel later? Whatever the reason, you can postpone your trip before your flight departure date without incurring any change fees. However, if the price of your new ticket is higher, you will have to pay the difference in fare. Most tickets can be modified from the My Bookings section on our website or app.

CANCEL MY TRIP

Your flight is still scheduled, but you no longer wish to travel You can request a refundable voucher to book a new flight, which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue, regardless of the fare conditions of your ticket. You can also request a refund according to the fare conditions of your ticket. To make your request, go to the My Bookings section on our website or app.
